Scythe's latest heatsink that is dressed to impress.

Scythe have been one of the more laid-back heatsink designers, seemingly effortlessly producing their designs and some of the best fans you can buy.

Their latest heatsink is the Mugen 2, and apart from the odd-sounding name it appears to be an excellent heatsink - at least on paper.

Compatability is every Intel socket (LGA1366, LGA775, Socket 478) and AMD socket (AM2+, 754, 939, 940) in recent years and will cover you for almost any aftermarket heatsinky needs.

It's even got capabilities to have up to four 120mm fans installed for a crazy amount of airflow, but still might not produce enough lift to get this 870g heatsink off the ground.

Check out the gallery of pics for some close-up looks of the heatsink, and check out an upcoming Issue of Atomic for the full performance review - assuming we can strap enough fans to it!

Looks sexy, but I need a really good excuse to drop $80 to MAYBE, just maybe get a degree or two lower than my stock cooler.
