IKONIK has packed so many features into the Ra, it's ready to burst!

Case design is not usually an industry that you see bucketloads of innovation all at one time; usually you'll get a slow migration of features from whoever managed to do something 'first' to everyone else when their newer designs come out.

IKONIK is a new player in the case scene, kicking things off with a giant innovative bang in the form of their Ra X10 LIQUID case, and apart from being so wet it needs to shout to everyone in hearing distance, it's packed with some interesting features.

From the built-in dual radiator watercooling, complete software management of case fan speed alongside temperature monitoring and on-the-fly control over acoustic levels, there is more here than you'll ever be able to shake a stick at.

Indeed there's so much that to mention all of it would take a long time; so we'll let the gallery of pictures speak for themselves, with our full opinion coming soon to an Issue of Atomic!

Innovative!
An excellent first attempt into the scene.
Great to see manufacturer's thinking outside the square.

I really like this case, it's almost it's own piece of hardware!

Overall I see it as a valid effort in attempting to acheive what other manufacturers rarely even dare, and with innovation as the name of the game when it comes to improving on the norm, that is exactly what the 'Ikonik Ra X10 SIM' has done-I love it!

..although I still love the 'Corsair Obsidian 800D'..and three-way affairs are just too complicated..I guess only more time and thought to it will solve as to which I'll choose for my (first and much awaited) upcoming build??

>now where are those old atomic mags on water cooling? ;)

..hmmm

looking around, this case really doesn't have much in the way of cable management :(

Did anyone else read the review in the magazine and wonder whether the reviewer took it out of the box?

No mention of the fan noise using the rather unique built-in speed control options. The combination of aluminium and copper water-cooling components wasn't even mentioned either. Cooling perfomance wasn't compared with anything so no-one knows how good or bad it really is.

It looks like a good piece of hardware, but mixing metals in watercooling components and the noise from all those fans both remain concerns requiring answers.
