The Gigabyte SINXP1394 is a little pricey, but supports SATA, IDE RAID and Hyper-Threading, as well as FireWire. The board ships with a 'Dual Power Voltage Regulator Module', a daughterboard that sits close to the back-panel I/O ports, whose purpose is to assist in power regulation. Board layout is also good. With strong performance, it's a good motherboard for a 533MHz Pentium 4-based system.
