Seeing as we're receiving applications for an Atomic Online Editorial Assistant, news is a bit thin on the ground. Luckily reader Katherine (Cynthaz) Keynes had helped us look less pathetic by sending us a nice little review mouse review. Thanks Cynthaz, you rule.

There must be some use for a vibrating mouse... (everyone smirk now and get it out of your system).

The Logitech iFeel MouseMan is super stylish, comes in your favorite flavour (blue) and has a funky glowing blue light. It's also optical so never again will you have to clean the gunk out from inside your mouse.

With the vibration turned off it's a perfectly functional normal optical mouse, comparable to the ever popular Microsoft silver optical mouse. It can point and click with the best of them. It's also a bit slimmer than the Microsoft offering which makes it much more comfortable to hold.

The vibrating feature is not "force feedback" as such. It's more of a gentle clicking feel. You can change the type of vibration (metallic and spongy feel suprising realistic) and the force (so it won't fly off the desk) to suit what you like.

For someone learning how to use a mouse "feeling" when you've got your cursor over a button would probably be quite useful. For everyone else it's a novelty thing, but when the novelty wears off just turn off the extra features and you're left with a really good looking optical mouse that's smooth and easy to use.

And did I mention it vibrates?"
