• Very Sturdy.
• Cable management.
• Functional Handlebars - let you slide case on carpet, while top let you grip with two-man-lift.
• 5.25 inch drive face plates clip on so nicely and have mesh for air intake.
• Slide out washable air filters.
• Sound dampening material on the inside of each door looks nice and really works.
• Door locking mechanism is fantastic! Although sounds a little clanky.
• Stock fans are quiet. They have adapters for Molex and 3 pin MB.
• Side panels external look lovely, and don’t not scratch easily.
• Very big and heavy (I prefer minimal after having this thing).
• Bottom airflow channels are an interesting design. The rear is great for PSU, however the front channel by-passes the hard drive bays leaving them with NO active cooling (resulting in overheating).
• Hard drive modules are neat and tidy, but really unnecessary - they just constrict airflow.
• Tool-less 5.25 inch plastic fittings look cheap.
• Protruding 5.25 inch bay devices will not fit with front door closed.
• Dust settles on the top external (USB etc) ports.
I'm not too pleased with this giant. I made the purchase so I could have more room and fan control, however the lack of active airflow on the hard drives and lack of mobility makes me wish for something smaller, and more elegant. Further more I was annoyed that I couldn’t fit my fan controller in the front bays and have the door shut at the same time. Cable management is great, and its real quiet if you have silent fans. Dust intake is controlled with front and rear one-piece plastic filters (this really should be standard on all cases).
Next time I would go for something smaller as I never found an excuse to fill all that room (not having a large board). Every now and then a case will have some new ideas. This is one of them that still needs a bit of work to become the best.
