User review - ASUS P6T Deluxe
ASUS P6T Deluxe

Sexy looks,
Loads of features,
Heck this motherboard will support up to 24GB of DDR3-1333 memory, thanks to its six DIMM slots.
It also has features like a Serial Attached SCSI controller to support higher-end SAS hard drives, known from the server industry for power users who desire nothing but the best performance.
Positioning of the three PCI-e x16 slots (No TRI-SLI)
Expensive piece of machinery
It's just an amazing piece of machinery to look at. Nice black PCB, extravagant connectivity, SLI/Crossfire compatible, passively cooled. And if you opt for the P6T Deluxe OC Palm version, you'll even receive a little external LCD screen showing off the latest system info, widgets and overclocking tools at hand.
It's seriously one of the best motherboards I have ever had my hands on. Stability, speed, style, design, features... everything is just 99% right with this motherboard. There was only one thing I didn't like the positioning of; the three PCI-e x16 slots. It was deliberately done in a way that you cannot opt for 3-way SLI. See, ASUS would like you to buy the more expensive Asus X58 Rampage II Extreme for that. But if you are not planning on 3-way SLI anyway, you are good to go man. Even so, the ASUS P6T DELUXE won't be cheap.
So other than that really, everything is and feels right from design, positioning of connectors, 2x Gigabit Ethernet, passive cooling, black PCB color, micro-switches, USB ports, digital audio connectivity... yeah it's just all bloody fantastic.
Just Lovely!
