Star Trek review

brilliant story,
inspirational, as usual,
awesome special effects,
great acting,
that warm and fuzzy trekkie feeling ... (inexplainable so ...),
and many more GOOD reasons, but too many to list in one lifetime alone ...
life is all about taking chances at the right moments (with all the right intentions, of course), and Gene Roddenberry certainly got this one right!
so, how can there possibly be any cons?
it really bleeds my heart to (still) find so many ungreatful yuppie larvae intend on nothing else but to discredit genuine IMAGINATION (... and INTELLIGENCE for that matter ...)!
this latest movie gives all trekkie fans hope for a continued StarTrek Future!
with a story line written so brilliantly as this one, and in the USUAL trekkie spirit and style, it's not hard to see why the franchise itself has survived for so many decades already, despite the frequent attempts of ridicule by the sheepish and no doubt jealous majority (SIGH) who have yet to come up with anything even remotely inspirational or lasting (don't you dare even consider comparing StarTrek with 'Home and Away', 'Neighbours', 'The Bold and the Beautiful', 'NCIS' or any other comparitive CRAP currently dished out to viewers for rating-purposes only)!
while i won't go into detail about this movie in particular, as i believe in seeing AND discovering the TREASURE that StarTrek is, allow me to make one final point: StarTrek is proof that GOOD THINGS SOMETIMES DO LAST!
ps.: as for the rest of you INFIDELS: hang your head in shame for being so incredibly STUPID and most importantly: just shut your mouth (as in: do not speak ...) about things you couldn't possibly understand in your lifetime!
