Razer DeathAdder Laser Mouse

Size, shape and weight
Big, responsive buttons
Feature-rich software
Subtle but funky lighting
Profile switching ain't all that
This is the best mouse I have every bought. I've tried mice both newer and older from Logitech, MS and Razer and never liked one as much as this one.
No other rodent has felt more comfortable on my hand, avoiding the cramps that I've normally experienced with prolonged use. Solid, largish design with responsive buttons and good sized mouse wheel. Thumb buttons are the best I've seen, much bigger than average which makes twitch responses less haphazard to perform.
Driver software is great, make sure you grab the latest version of it and the mouse's firmware from the Web to avoid any issues in newer games. More options than I could ever need.
My only gripe is that profile switching doesn't offer a lot of feedback. Cycling through the five profiles is done through a tiny button on the underside and you get no feedback about which profile you've just switched to, leaving it to my poor memory to remember which one I'm set to.
