Pros:
Great brand, price & performance
Cons:
Price - still not a cheap drive
Great performance - 7.3ms seek time & over 220 mb/s burst speed. HD Tach gives me an average read of 105.8mb/s.

Makes a difference in general usage, but not a massive one.
